Items purchased from the website will be shipped out within two days of your purchase providing there are no complications. Certain extenuating circumstances may cause delays, including difficulties with your credit card or problems with a supplier. Credit card authorization and verification must be received before your order can be processed. We will alert you to any issues that might be holding up your order. Once we are prepared to send out your product of choice we will determine the shipping carrier best suited to completing your order. Generally, the carrier who could potentially provide you with your product most efficiently will be chosen. One of three carriers may be selected: the United Parcel Service (UPS), the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) or Federal Express (FedEx). FedEx and UPS orders may arrive on any business day (Mon-Fri) provided it is not a holiday.

All in-state orders will include an additional 7.8% sales tax. Out of state orders will not. Additional fees may apply to items shipped to Alaska or Hawaii, or on items which need to be shipped internationally. We may not be able to ship our products to certain international destinations.
